Considering the success of the first far cry game for both the xbox and PC I'm pretty sure the sequel will get some decent revenue as well. The site could be used as a forum to discuss the game or as a promotional site for companies that sponsor farcry tournaments. There are many possibilities for it. Seems like a good catch. First game brought in a lot of attention, and this one's already turning heads. I'd say mid to high $xx undeveloped.
There could be some trademarks issues there. Providing there are, it would be almost worthless, but if there aren't then you could be looking at mid $xxx easily.

I'm no expert, so you should probably post this question in the 'Legal Issues' forum, but my understanding is that if you own a trademarked name, then should the trademark holder choose to, they could take you to court, but it's more likely you will recieve a letter/email asking you to surrender the domain.
