It is the reality that you have to face with forex products.

The return rate is very high and for some, it just discourages the heck out of them to do any promotion for the niche at all!

I just recently got rid of two .info domains with landing pages and minisites FULL of conversion master copy. I just got sick of the refunds and am looking into other niches to work with at this point.

I also almost got rid of GoForexTrade.com but I didn't get the offers that I wanted so that site has been rebuilt and is now back to full steam ahead.

Yeah, I personally wouldn't bother with this niche, based on the fact that most of the products don't do what it says on the tin, and also that the economy aint exactly good for forex trading.

for some reasons, It never attracted me to promote it neither.. well the payout yes, but the simple fact that the forex pages seems so much hyped and really delivering.. maybe Im wrong but I know I wouldnt get one for me as a customer

What I don't understand is that I thought Clickbank step in if they see a product getting too many refunds?

And yet some forex products seem to refund over 50% and CB do nothing. Am I imagining this?

    Forex:

A competitive niche that's hard to rank for
A market in which a good product is tough to find as far as Clickbank goes.

The refunds mean the product is complete crap. It's that simple.

Is the refunds seen only with FAPTURBO or with any other FOREX product?

The state of the economy doesn't bear any significance when trading on the Forex market... it is about currency fluctations and currency will always fluctuate, both when the economy is good and when it is bad... it is all about knowing the factors influencing the currency at different times.

I too ended up building a forex site, made a few sales the majority of which ended up being refunded so I've basically just left the site as it is now and don't really bother with it at all.

It did end up getting on the first page of google for the term I was after but I have no idea why I went after that term as it wasn't as much traffic as I had thought (gets around 50 visitors a day).

I have no idea what to do with it now, I could just add more pages with reviews of all the forex products coming out I guess but the refund thing kind of puts me off.

As long as your not PPC-ing it then I guess it's alright to promote. I'd say the ones that offer more than just the software itself, like an active forum with tips and stuff would be the way to go ( I think forex brotherhood did something similar?) as people would be more inclined to keep the software because of the additional support.

Thats right...I am getting around 30% of my entire sales refunded !

Man...that sucks ! Could it be the same person buying the 7 units? :D

Go read the Forex Brotherhood Thread over at nichechoppers, it appears to have an even higher refund rate lol.
