Selling Fantastic unique health site, will bring in tons of adsense revenue! Great investment

The content on this site is completely unique and optimised to do well in google. Once a few backlinks for the site, such as those from directories, it will zoom up the google pages and bring in a lot of organic traffic (the search terms get over 100k hits a month) and more importantly a LOT of adsense revenue.

This is a great opportunity, and I want to sell it off rather than run it as I need cash in my paypal account to do other things and currently don't have any even to promote the site myself.

I am considering sites to buy and flip myself, so I went ahead and took a look at your site, SoyFoodAndDrink.com. I must say, I do believe you have done a very good job with the quick set-up of pages and content. I can see it is minimally monetized at this point, but you're right. With proper work someone could turn this over.

Now, just one concern I have, and can you address it for me?

On the "buy" link, there is the urgent push to enter into an immediately binding agreement. Yet, I want to use PayPal and that icon says "Instant Pay with PayPal = NO." Does this mean I cannot purchase using my PayPal account?

I accept paypal, that's not a problem
