    I will never sell this site or content again, the buyer will get full exclusive rights to all content.

    The site has been adapted with Google Adsense on each page for passive income. You could also easily link some of the keywords to affiliate schemes for extra income.

    This is an auction, but the first person to BIN gets the site and domain name. The domain name is registered at http://www.namecheap.com so it’s a free transfer. You will need a free namecheap.com account for me to transfer the domain name to you. I will transfer to other registrars, but the buyer will incur the cost.
