Hmm its a Good PR3 Site. The design is Good one. Try to get more Backlinks to get better PR to get into Better SERP
I always wonder about the rights with these kind of websites. Where do you get those pictures from (don't need the exact url) - and aren't they copyrighted ? I am planning on creating a site with beautiful girls or something - but I am just not sure about the copyright of those various pictures on the internet.
That's interesting that Adsense has placed an ad for VOIP, one for Forex, and one from the Wall Street Journal in your Adsense block....
The ads are not relevant even though you say that you are developing it from many months. I think the problem there may be the Frames.
Tip: Start a site with title "Forums.Beautifulgirls.com". Make only beautiful girls/women as forum members. Make male members only to view the beautiful girls photos and read their views and opinions. Do not allow Male members to post any thing. Male members are members to view and read only. You need not to go for beautiful girl photos to grab from any where. Members themselves will post their photos. Display all beautiful girls photos on home page randomly!
Very nice, but personally I would lose the top band with the overly stretched image (quite a bit of wasted space there), and I found the background image to the text distracting while reading - maybe lighten it even more, or even better, do you have a close up of the eyes that you could use instead? As far as SEO goes, perhaps its a mistake to put the 'Unofficial Fansite of Amrita Rao' at the base of the page? Right at the top and in H1 tags would be better surely? The page title is also a tad questionable ( 'Amrita Rao @ Amritaworld.com'?). Maybe you should do a bit more research with keyword tools (like overture's) to see what web users are using to find info on this fine woman, and then focus on proper placement of key expressions?
Thanks for your detailed analysis Tam Do you mean to say to keep a stretched image at the top band? The background image wil be made lighter in shade, or maybe ill put some eyes in there... In the title Ill be keeping "Amrita Rao - some keywords @ AmritaWorld.com", is that fine? or the "@" should be done away with? Ive put the Keyword in the title, h1 tags and also bolded them wherever possible. I read somewhere that if the Keyword is at the end of the page, it helps in SEO, dunno about how true is that though! Some ads are now relevant, any pointers on how to make them more relevant? It is strange that on the gallery page, where there is almost no content, the ads are far more relevant.... Even I am not too sure about the copyright images and articles, that is the reason I have always quoted the source of the articles. Regarding the images, I have not removed the original site's logo from them and also have a backlink to their sites. Probably I should contact them and ask permission? But then, so many sites use images from other sites, not only this, but they also remove the original logo and stamp there own www.abcfansite.com across the image so that no bloody else can use that image Thanks for everyone else who posted and reviewed the site More criticism/help is welcome.
Sorry, what I meant was that I would take away the image and blue/grey band at the top of the page. The disclaimer could be better placed at the base of the page too. Take the whole band out and let everything move up. I suggested eyes, but any 'section' of the face/body could do (with a few exceptions ), I believe that it would reduce immediate focus on the image rather than the text. Good text background images are generally more abstract than detailed. A lot of strange things are true in SEO I guess, so maybe it would do little harm to leave it there, but I think you should still have it prominently at the top and in H1 tags for the benefit of visitors as well as search engines (I haven't had another look yet, so sorry to repeat it if you have already done that). The '@ AmritaWorld.com' should definitely be done away with, it has absolutely no use in SEO. The main seach engines will bring up your site if you enter 'AmritaWorld.com' as a search term, even if you are not indexed by them. Its a very good site as it is, and I hope you don't mind me offering my opinion as its meant in the best possible way. Best of luck with it
