my signature used to be full of my fan sites. some i've had for years. but after a few months of visiting this forum and my own experiences with Adsense, i've learned that Fan Sites are a low paying niche per click for the effort involved. now i'm trying to break out of that mold but i have to admit, i do enjoy that niche.
i only put adsense on 2 of 'em where i'm getting about 500 uniques on one and 200 uniques on another. lots of clicks, low pay of only around $2 max per day and sometimes only 50 cents a day. frustrating sometimes seeing 2 cent clicks but sometimes i'm rewarded with 10 cents per click. it varies but pay per click is mostly on the bottom end.
it's hayden christensen and natalie portman both 8 and 9 year old sites. rode the wave from star wars but the actors have consistently produced and stay within the eyes of the paparazzi. hits have reached over 100k a day during star wars peak popularity but things have have settled down.
Selena would be a great person to so a site on. She and the site will only grow in popularity. I have over 100 celeb sites and will certainly be adding some for Selena.
