Fancybox popup to greet users

    How to make one like on cracked.com if you visit there first time, fancybox popup appears, I want to implement the same thing on my website, please share the knowledge if you know how! :)

    are you looking something like this http:// kgarira.com the colorbox popup appears for the first time. that i programmed

    you need to write the cookie and check if the cookie exist dont display

    its simple just place a javascript box with a visual display none and block as you would like. trigger the visual state by using the close box and upon the first visit via other javascript
