Selling fancy dress clubwear shop site for sale

Im selling a website i have had for over 3 years.

History:
I originally bought the site and ran a music forum/portal from it. About 2 years ago i took the forum down and changed it to a shop. It used to get over 10,000 hits (as a forum AND shop) however as it was a while i go i have no way of proving this.

Currently:
The site now runs as a shop on prestashop. I had a custom theme designed for it (Cost $200 to be designed and built), i no longer use this but i do still have it. I also have various modules purchased which i will include in the sale - some are used some are not. This includes a module for Sagepay which allows you to accept credit card payments ($100 ish). You can also take payments by paypal and/or cheque.
The items stocked are from a dropship site so you do not need to pay for stock. I will provide you with the name of this company with the sale.
It currently gets arbout 500-600 hits per month.

Because of an issue last month i had to re-install everything so have started from scratch, i will also include the old database - which does work and has the names and contact details of the customers in the past who have purchased items.

I also have business cards printed which are for this site and my other site (double sided) so you will get exposure from that in the future, i have about 600 left (400 given out already).

Whats included:

• The website with additional modules purchased and custom design.
• I will include 100 business cards (if you intend to use them - if not id rather keep them myself).
• The name of the drop ship company.
• I will provide some support - lack of time means i can not transfer the site for you but if it sells for above $1000 USD i will pay someone to transfer it for you.
• The old database with the names/addresses/emails of people who have purchased of the site.

Additional info:
I havnt got the old database installed so cant check for sure but i think the site made about £300 in orders this year just on a re-active basis. I havnt promoted this site due to working on another website.
This is an aged domain which has never been parked, its always had a site on it.
The dropshipper has loads more items that can be added if you wish - i just didnt have the time to re-upload everything after i took the old database down.

After 24 hours ive not had any questions or too much interest.

The BIN is set at $1200, that is not the reserve. This is not a site that will be going cheap as you will have details of people who do make purchases, you have a ready made website - these as a bare minimum cost £500.

Profit margins on most items are 80-100% - anything you see on the site costs not much off half the price, so there is a good profit margin here. All you need to do is work on the promotion a bit, its not hard to get traffic up if you have 30-60 minutes a day. Im just working on another site where i actually hold the stock rather than drop ship.
