    According to Overture there are Over 4,500 Searches Per DAY! for the Key Word "I Love New York"    ​
    Thats4,500 searches per day X 30 days = 135,000 searches per month! And thats just from Overture!
    Domain Name= 5 months old
    Fan Site almost= 2 months old

     I haven't did any Search engine or directories submits yet so there's a lot of potential for the buyer. All traffic is organic mainly from type in traffic then Google search engines 2nd on the list. Because "I Love New York 2" is a low competitive keyword with a high search volume it's easy to get traffic as I have done without submiting to search engines or directories.

    Ohh yeah forgot to mention that the domain is PR3 and getting more backlinks every week. Just got over 100 more in altavista since I made this thread

    Okay unfortunately This offer is now close since there is no bids. 3 of the 5 domain names that come with the site are also PR3 domains. The site has gained 100 extra backlinks since I've created this thread. Traffic has soared today and I'm sure it'll only grow. Make over $110.00 this month from adsense alone! Sorry you guys missed out again but I just don't understand why no one will take advantage of a site that is ranked and making $$. (not to mention the other PR3 related domains)

    I'll just promote the site now and return to sell it in a week or 2 when it gets 1000 UV per dy. The price may be alot higher then
