Hi All,

It is with great regret that I must sell this website. It's a lovely little site and I enjoy working on it, alas I need some money for a new project that is about to take off.

The domain name is dexter-tv(.)com and the site relates to the Showtime hit series Dexter, which has just embarked upon its fourth season in the US.

Traffic & Sources

The site receives most of its traffic from search engines, and it is a close tie between Google and Yahoo, as illustrated in this image (which shows traffic from the last month to date):

Dexter fan - Google, 7th (counting sub pages from other sites, 4th unique) Yahoo 2nd (after Showtime only)

Traffic Spread
The traffic peaks the day after a new episode has been aired, and tends to gradually drop until a week later - however on the days inbetween it will still receive ~50 visitors per day. The site still receives traffic when dexter is not currently on air, however it tends to be slightly lower and will average around 25 per day. This is illustrated here:

Bandwidth is around 500mb and serverspace about 350mb


General information

What draws the most visitors is episode summaries, the galleries and the popular quizzes. Episodes are aired on a Sunday in the US, and on the Monday I will add a summary of the episode along with a 10 question quiz specific to that episode. This takes me about 20 minutes as I can do most of it while watching the episode myself. The quizzes have been taken 3143 times at time of writing.

Income

I havn't really tried to maximize income, so I am fairly sure that you could earn more than I have. My total earnings on this site is $26 where of $2.88 has been earned so far in October, through adsense.

I do not have a BIN in mind, however I will have a reserve (I will announce once it has been met) as I really like this site and don't really fancy letting it go for pennies.

The content is UNIQUE! however the template is not, the site uses Joomla and has a free template installed.

Edit: If you wanted, I am sure there is a lot of money to be made from adding episodes to watch on the site. The site previously had a forum as well which was frequented by about 30 people daily, however I took this down when I moved servers a while back.
