The first step is .. make your own network..in my case i got 30 websites.. in online game nich.. i got daily traffic : 100k on it. .. when u got that will be simple
Just update your fan page with the traffic link, meaning update the page with a link where you want the traffic to go to, such as an affiliate link or a specific website. Just promote the site you want to make money from and use it to your own advantage. It doesn't matter where your fans are from (you may need to use their language though).
It really depends on what kind of product you want to promote. BUt in general US fans are easier to promote.
