This is Seo related download site, of which I havent touched for months now due to new projects and work, thats why I am selling.

At the time when I had it at its best it was around 48k alexa, and had alot of visits a day.

This still has alot of active users, and has a strong PR3 and 33,000 backlinks

The earnings was great when I had a premium usergroup,.

It was never monetised, adsense never put on the site, due to it may be against thier TOS, tried cpa lead awhile back for a few hours, to give access to torrents , it worked but also lost alot of traffic, in around 3 or 4 hours I made around £45.

i.e Premium users paid to have access to premium only downloads, which was around $50 per month access per user , or $100 for Tutorials, backlinks and premium access;
