Famous $100 48 hr PSD Only Contest Part 4: Boots!

First of all, a BIG "I'm sorry" to all contestants for the delay in me announcing a winner. I never take this long. Anyway, since I have not heard anything from my friend, I going to give him 24 hours. If I do not hear from him in that time, I will just pick a design myself.

Here is what I thought of the remaining designs:

PHPGator: I like your menu and title section. I thought red was an interesting color to use here, but it worked well. I did not like the body text so much, but that is not a big deal as it is very easy to change in CSS. I really liked how you have the "Available Products" section at the bottom instead of going with the shopping-cart style approach which a lot of others went with.

neilparnham: I was a little put off by you using the wrong logo in your design, but as you responded to that, it was not a big deal. I really liked your design. It very very clean and crisp. Plus, I love the colour green. I was just not sure the green fit together with the dark colours of the boots. I really liked your new product feed in a similar aspect to what I mentioned for PHPGator above. I also really liked your little "What we do" boxes. It adds a lot of professionalism to the design in my opinion.

harizd: Thanks for the revision. I think I liked your previous designs more. What I meant by white space was the space between the "Jockey Boots" in the title and the picture next to it. This was only seen in one of your previous designs (the very first one you submitted--also my favourite design of yours), where there was a lot of space.

Groffy77: I like your previous design/revision with the wood footer. I understand what you mean about adding more colour to the design, but I felt as the wood makes it more cowboy-ish or something. I just liked it more Thanks for showing this to me. This is one of my favourites.

Graffworld2: I liked your design very much. This would be perfect if we were going for a sales-type of website. I really like your menu design, the testimonials (I hadn't thought about it, but they add a lot of value). I actually really liked the trophy icons next to the top selling items. I thought that was a funny and nice touch! I did not like the dark gray text background in the first design, but thought the lighter color you used in the second one was much better. I also liked the blue colour in the second design over the green from the first one. I would think dark green would fit in better with this theme, but your blue manages to do it quite well. I really liked the design of your "Go" button, though I would probably not need the search since the site is going to be really small. I really liked how you included a little video. That is something else I did not think about. Obviously, you put a lot of effort here and it shows. Good job!
