* Famous $100 48 hr PSD Only Contest: Liberty! *

Hey Guys!

It's oneawesomeguy again with one of my 48 hour contests!

DISCLOSURE:
I currently have two contests opened and am just waiting for a response from my friend before I announce the winner. Both of those websites are for him. Now on to this contest...

SITE DETAILS:

-As far as guidance is concerned, please use the above Web site for stylistic cues -- clean and easy to navigate. I'd like to have a nice image of a solar panel as a unifying graphic as well as our logo. Minimal colors -- red, white and grayscale is preferred.

CONTEST DETAILS:
1. Submit web design entries for 48 hours from the time stamp on this post.
2. To be fair: No entries via PM and no late entries, please.
3. Once 48 hours is up, I will review all designs thoroughly and give my thoughts/opinions on every single design. This usually takes me 2-3 week days.
4. Winner provides .PSD (or .XCF for GIMP users) file and fonts used. I will send $100 via PayPal and give honest iTrader.

RULES:
1. You must create the designs yourself. No templates. You must not use any images you do not have the right to use.
2. Only the winner agrees to transfer me rights to that design. I will not use any of the other designs and feel free to remove them from this thread once the contest is over.
3. You are free to put in watermarks to protect your work but make the watermark say "Sample".
4. By accepting the winnings, you agree to give me full rights to your design and you agree that you will not use this design for anything else.

The 48 hour deadline will be enforced as long as there are at least five entries. One person can submit as many entries as he or she wants.

SUGGESTIONS:
1. For images, check out iStockPhoto or similar sites and use their free comps. Only pay for the images if you win.
2. For colour combinations, check out colourlovers.com--an awesome website!
3. Do not do revisions on every little thing I mention. Seriously. If I really want something done, I will ask you specifically. No need to waste time. I have a good imagination.
4. If you can code your own design, let me know how much extra that would cost. This will not affect your chances of winning in any way.

I am not 100% sure what you are asking, but you may use any images you wish as long as they agree to the rules of the content (rule 1, specifically).

Thanks shinan. I love how you used red. It matches so well with the logo. I also love what you did with the red "white space" in the header image. This is probably one of the most professional headers I have seen in a content. A news feed is not needed as this will be a simple HTML website I will be making for a friend. Besides that, I really like the gray background on the bottom since it makes everything look very professional.

A note on my thoughts: I provide thoughts and comments on every design. I manly do this to help you for future designs, not so much to tell you exactly what I want with this content. I like seeing creativity and something interesting. I hope I don't see everyone from here on out using a red header and gray background.
