Yesterday, I've opened an account and set up domain and hosting in Oxyhosts.com for my small business After 24h I didn't get it activated nor got a reply for my ticket. Anyone knows how long does it take to get hosting and domain acitvated? Or knows something about them that I (didn't) know? I kinda have a feeling that I got fooled here
IMO, maybe since this is weekend that why they no respond to your email. You still need to wait till Monday to get your email answered.
But did you look at their forums on images? Nobody can't find any help there when nobody is answering, people are spamming with all kinds of irrelevant stuff. It's just like someone here starts writing about e.g. cosmetics. I mean whata heck! Can't work with such "company" with no professionalism and lack of support. I'll wait until tomorrow then
yes i did that 2 support tickets and 3 forum posts and one message directly to forum admin, asking for my account, why are they lacking on support, forum spamming, etc. I had to. I'm afraid I won't get my refund back..
