False positive: accused of duplicate accounts

Hi,

I really need the help of a moderator.

I have been on Digital Point for ages now - and love the forum - its one of the main hubs of the digital world - somewhere I visit 20 times a day.

I am an SEO/Web Designer by trade, and got so sick of my girlfriend getting treated badly in her job as a Veterinary Nurse that I convinced her to let me teach her web design/seo. She quit her badly paying job, under my promise that she could earn more money digitally, with a significant proportion of it through DP. I earned a fair bit through DP, but I have a full time job so it wasnt my only income.

Well a month or so ago she signed up to DP and we started putting things into action! Everything was going great, literally just this week she started to earn a bit of money! We worked together developing websites etc, me doing the super technical bits, her doing the rest, and then during the day she would sell things on DP whilst I was at work.

Then on friday the worst thing imaginable happened. She logged on to find she had been banned for duplicate accounts, and so I checked - and I had too! We both live in the same house, and I guess share an IP address. I must have come back from work on the friday, checked my messages, and bang, got us both deleted

Really don't know what to do. Spent all yesterday trying to work out how to contact a mod (its impossible when you have banned).

This really is a crucial point for Angie, as she has took a huge leap of faith in me and DP in quitting her job - and right now things have really gone wrong. I desperately dont want her to go back to her old jobs, but right now she says she has no choice.

Can any of the mods help?

We can prove we are separate people - we can take a photograph or something holding up signs with our usernames on?

Or if there is some other thing that the mods need us to do?

You already contact me privately, and it was run by the mod who banned you. Since you had more than those two accounts in question playing a role in the ban, you're outta luck.
