itrader can not be removed m8 , dont worry to much about it , you have more possitive itrader than you have negative , and if someone looks at your negative they are going to see you got it for leaving a negative for a non paying bidder . :) best thing is to never have any dealings with that member again my friend

very much like what happens on ebay most of the time..i sell a lot..many times..they make similar excuses! i am transferring funds in my paypal account..blah blah...i realyl get iritated..although there are genuine members who are in some prolem..but most of the time..these are jus time wasters..

as turnbull said..just avoiding them...is the only plausible option.

You know the old saying, diamonds are forever, the same is true of itrader. Do not issue your itrader response until you are sure deal has gone well and there has been no PayPal chargeback. :)

I'm not sure what you mean by this, as the user was a deadbeat buyer that did not pay for the sig link in the 1st place, or reply to the several PMs I sent, so about 10 days later I gave a negative iTrader & then decided to give me a FALSE negative iTrader saying that an email was sent to me requesting my Paypal & how much the link was, when I did not receive any emails, nor could I receive any as I have it disabled in my DP Options, plus all the details were in the previous several PMs I sent to that user.

Wouldn't it make sense that if a user gives a FALSE negative iTrader just to get back at you for them receiving a negative iTrader, that it should be removed, or some action taken against them, like banning that user from the forum?

DP mods are not in the position to play judge and jury on disputes. Some issues end up in the he said, she said category.

I just added the PayPal charge back part as a warning to user's reading the thread for many disputes arise from those.

Yep, htmlindex has been revenge repped plain and simple. He awarded his iTrader because Moneybully had no intention of responding or paying despite his initial offer to the contrary. Moneybully bit back just because the iTrader system allowed him to.

Does seem a bit wierd. Smyrl has a point with the "he said, she said" cases. This is pretty much open and shut though!

Wouldn't Mods be able to see the PMs that have been sent between users?

If negative iTraders can be given just to get back at someone because they gave you a legitamite one, what's the use of even having an iTrader system? We might as well just abolish the iTrader system, because it becomes useless with the abuse of it

iTrader cannot be retracted. Moderators don't want to get involved in making decisions about who is in the wrong, unlike namepros, which will ban members for scamming others.

I am not saying DP is a bad forum, it just doesn't want to get involved as deep, which is good as there is more freedom to sell.
