fall out boy [.org] --- huge popular music band!

these guys are probably one of the "hottest" bands in the world right now. burst into mainstream earlier this year. they are everywhere.

site can be turned into a massive fan forum or something like that.... i haven't spent much time messing around with it. the com/net is undeveloped...so this one should be perfect.

i don't have a channel setup so i am not sure... not selling based on revenue, assume zero.

the name itself and existing traffic at $999 is a bargain, imo

offers $500+ will be considered.

What are the legal issues with it being a copyrighted name and having them sue for it?
