Faking it (in Australia wanting to appear to be in the UK)

Hi there - new to the forum and posting for the first time, so forgive me if I am in the wrong area/using the wrong terms etc etc.

I have what I assume is probably a simple question for those in the know, but since I'm not, and am unsure of the correct terms, I haven't been very successful in my searches.

I am a Brit living in Australia, and several times a year find myself wanting to listen to UK coverage of sporting events (e.g. the Olympics at present) to get away from the (understandably) Aus-centric local coverage here. However, the due to licencing restrictions, the UK website in question (am I allowed to say what it actually is here?) will only live-stream to UK IP addresses, and - obviously - mine is Australian. Is there someway I can either (1) fake it so the site sees me apparently coming from a UK address, or (2) actually get a UK IP address?

I'm willing to pay for this if necessary, but obviously would rather not, and I guess "legal" would be preferable to "not legal", but if the two (i.e. free and legal) are mutually exclusive then my morals may be a little more flexible….. ;)

Thanks for any and all advice - even if you can tell me the right terms to put in to the search engine so I can go off and find the answer for myself, that'd be great. Cheers,

    Tania.
