Dear DP Users, This is further to the above captioned subject, please note that i've been using Money Booker for so long, but for the first time i got shocked when i found the various payment transactions made into different email IDs which does not pertains to me and i have never even used these IDs before. before transaction my balance was $156.45 and its showing only $2.45... I sent many emails to but, didn't get any response from their side. If someone have any other email contact of MB, Please let me know... and give me ideas that what should i do? Thanks...

I call them too...But they saying that they transferred my request to Security Dept. But, 2 days left i didn't receive any reply from their side...
If you've been using MB for "so long" how come you don't even know how to contact them? The proper way to contact them is via messaging center and not by email. "Money Booker" wouldn't do what you said they did. They may freeze your account and all but yes for a good reason. But this is just absurd. If one encounters problem with moneybookers they always help you. With my experience they are very good and WAY better than paypal and e-gold.
They request me to send my Passport Copy and Bank Statement... I sent them at Friday but today is monday...Not receive any positive response from their side...
