Unfortunately the only way is to block the IP's. This can be an intensively tedious task so I recommend to proceed if and only if these bot visits consume a substantial share of your traffic. Personally I would ignore if below 5% mark although this criteria is acceptable for my business. So it depends on the nature of your business.
