Okay now I am amazed, surprised and sadened! When I posted my domain for sell here people found out that its a fake PR with links coming from a pairlite. Apart from it has unnecessarily damaged my reputation here, I would like to understand this. How a fake PR can be achieved? I was hosting the site in the thread n Pairlite as a forum site. Later I decided to make it a blog and moved it to Pair (same host with business class hosting). Apart from this I did nothing. Untill the point I was selling the domain I did not even new and bothered about PR...later to find out its coming out as fake PR Does this mean that your PR is someway or the other way linked to your host? Does this mean if I change the host, my site PR will result in to fake PR as its happening in this case? Please help me understand I am really confused
Basically,you bought seephoto.org and set up a 301 redirect to pairlite.com On the last PR update, google seen your domain as being that of pairlite.com, therefore your new domain inhereted the same pagerank. Same idea as those con artists selling 'PR3' and 'PR4' domains on ebay. Simple.
I registered the domain at godaddy and then was hosting the site on pairlite and I did NOT redirect the domain to pairlite. ] How can it happen then?
