Thank you to the guys who read my questions and answered accordingly. To the rest - PLEASE STAY AWAY!!
hate to break it to ya, but high pr backlinks will in fact get your page indexed faster (it also matters how many external links those pages have) welcome to 2010
Manually you can check using search info:website name and see if their is a result. Websites like PR checker and common PR only checks PR which includes fake PR. You'll need a Fake PR checker for that. Before this I use checkpagerank.com but they have changed and the best thing would be using a new one - checkpagerank.ws which I like as it also gives other important details like Alexa rank, age and many more.
Oh really? How many experiments and tests did you make? I mean YOU. I did several, and some of my PR0 sites outrank big sites (with high PR) when searching for important keywords.
i don't think so there are many tools for finding fake PR. A simple way is Use info:sitename in google. You may get a single result(website you searched for) and below that you will have information of that url. If the site info that is returned doesn't match the site that you searched for, then it's probably faked. Otherwise, it's most likely fine. And another one is use yahoo site explorer and see the websites backlinks. Check whether those backlinks are really worth to get PR for this website.
Page Rank Checker(www.prchecker.info) is a completely Free tool to check Google PR... so u may use this one..
