Fake PR, Data centers?

Hello,

can anybody tell me please what is fake page rank? also i don't know what data centers are, any body can help?

if there are really fake page ranks, can anybody tell me what to do to be sure that a domain has real not faked page rank before buying it?

shows PR4 in all, but is till don't know what is data centers?

 

this website shows PR0 for the domain, but it shows PR0 for www.google.com too i guess there is something wrong with this tool

this tool was posted by BigBadWolf before in this thread, but it is not working, it shows PR0 when i input any domain name even www.google.com!

Yeah, http://www.seologs.com/pr-check/pagerank.html doesn't work correctly. Use google toolbar to check the PR.

 

Good tools. I've used some of them before but I haven't done much checking of late. Thanks for posting them.
