Fake domain buyer forcing me to order domain appraisal.

    I received an email from a potential domain buyer with email address .

    After stating my price of 5000 EUR following reply came:
    I had suspicion from that moment that the interest for the domain is not genuine but I continued the communication and suggested that they should pay for the appraisal if they need it and asked for explanation of their ridiculous 4,800 угкщ offer.
    The "buyer" insist that I should order the appraisal and did not explain his offer in two following emails.

    ===================
    To whomever it may concern,

    I am interested in your domain name *******.com and was wondering if you would consider selling it to me.
    I would be willing to go through Escrow.com for the transaction, so that you know you are in good hands.

    If you are interested, please give me your asking price.

    Thank you in advance for your time and I look forward to speaking with you.
    Robert Smith

    So this is what I responded with: just a newbie mail - with enough in it to draw him!
    I decided to ask for a ridiculous amount of $100,000 :D
    I will let you know when Robert Smith responds :cool:

    Thank you very much sir, for your interest.

    We are having a price range of around $5000 - $150,000 for most of our domains.

    This domain should be very valuable as a one word name, so I think it will be worth around $100,000.

    However, we are always very flexible as to the price range.

    Please let us know your thoughts about this!
