Hi, ive decided to include this statement in the TOS and FAQ section of my bidding directory and would like opinions plz....

it may put potential bidders off.. (but id rather make it clear that the link is intended to be permanent.. but a few years down the line who knows what might happen...)

im not planning on going anywhere now or in the future.... but you never know whats around the corner....

Is this fair, honest, not acceptable ? What do you think ?

    Thanks :)

No i would not write it like that, you are on track i suppose but that shuts people down.

I am no wordsmith but you probably already have some T&C's so you could add something like

Our T&c's are subject to change this may include rady rady rady

but you would not write we may close down part, every business may close down, your waving red flags that i think that will ensure you do close down

something along the lines of "your link will remain for the lifetime of this site" is more appropriate - it exists whilst the site does.

Like mikey says, just reword it and I think you will have a similar effect. The current wording is a bit too crude IMHO. After all, clients are clients, yes?
