Fair price for text link

    Hi, I am just wondering what everyone things is a fair price per month for a text link on the main page / posts of a forum that gets about 14k visitors per day? If it maters it is a programming/technical forum.

    Edit: Forgot to mention it is PR4 main page with several ranked subpages.

    That will depend a lot upon the quality of the site... Personally $10-$15 might be fair for a PR2-3

    Forget the PR.
    14k visitors is much more valuable.

    Do a test or ask how many visitors usually go through the link, and then find out how much money you make from that amount of visitors.

    This is nearly impossible to answer without diving into the link profile and other factors. It just varies so darn much... Agree with above - PR is a very very blunt measure. Not really that good for pricing a link.
