I accepted this SEO project without deeply-research and finally I found that I will fail to reach the goal when I met the deadline two weeks later. I have summarized some reasons for my failure: 1. Anyways, the reasons you had coined cannot be considered as the real failure to your site ranking for target keywords! You will first need to understand what keyword ranking is and how does it works to any site if you are looking for search engine results. But as this site is mainly focused to the users who shop online, in addition to traditional SEO I would suggest you concentrate on social media marketing. Because social networking sites are dominating the web these days and note that SMM is also not a one night solution!

Well if there was anything ethical about your SEO company, the first thing you would not do, is make promises or guarantee results. All you can guarantee is the work you do, and show your past success stories.
