    [currently very frustrated, hoping some kind soul can help out]

    BACKGROUND:
    Have been running co-op ads in the footer at www.pianostreet.co.uk for about a year or so and they have been running fine until I got an email today saying my ad_network.php file was out of date. I followed instructions on setup page and upgraded to version 378.

    THE PROBLEM:
    I now get the following error message instead of the parsed ads:

    I've checked all settings and I'm sure I've created the files correctly and inserted the code correctly. My .htaccess file is correct. I have chmodded the .txt file to 666.

    I used CPANEL to insert the code (could that be it?)

    Any help or suggestions greatly appreciated
    Thanks
    Mark
    p.s. this is a different website to what I posted about the other day.

    Where is the ad_network_378.php file exactly (full path)?

    It is in the root directory of the website along with the co-op .txt file

    Try putting a copy of it in the include/lib folder

    That should be fine... but in case your server is having some weirdness with the path settings, try just hardcoding the full path. In the place you have:
    include('ad_network_378.php');
    PHP:
    Instead try:
    include('/home/yonnerps/public_html/ad_network_378.php');
    PHP:
    No don't. :)

    thanks shawn
    That worked 100% perfectly and the site has validated.
    HOWEVER, the weight from this site is not currently showing in the "master" account. I assume it takes a few minutes to update across the master account?

    thanks

    Yeah... the process that updates consolidated weight runs hourly.
