Hello friends, Have you heard of Fahmi Slail? (Google that name). I wanted to start a free classifieds website and after a lot of research I liked GeoDesic Classifieds Script. But the problem was that i didnt like the default template and wanted some one to modify it (CSS, HTML) and add some more features. On the GeoDesic website there was a section which had few paid banners with heading "Few companies familiar with our script". Ultimately I had to contact one of them. Out of 3 companies I contacted, I got good response from a company called "PrecisionMoney.com" and I spoke to a guy by name "Fahmi Slail". I got scammed for $1200. You can read the whole case on my Blog (as its a pretty long one). I have complained to Better Business Bureau, Beaverton (oregon) local Police and also to FBI about this. Please guide me as to how do I get back my money. Here is the complete story with each and every email communication between me and Fahmi Slail. http://fahmislail-precisionsystems-.../scammer-fahmi-slail-beware-of-precision.html I appreciate your time. Regards, Vikas
That was a pretty long read and this thread is already at the first page for fahmi slail. Badluck on getting scammed. That logo pricing is way beyond the normal rate even for a super duper expert. I remembered getting scammed on my first try transaction at the time I was newbie but I never gave up after that and continue to persist. You should try and do the same thing Cheerio
Thanks a lot for reading mate! I have filed a case with the FBI, Better Business Bureau and Beaverton local Police. Just waiting for the reply from the authorities to take the next step. Will keep you updated. Thanks!

I briefly worked as an in-house contractor for Fahmi Slail and Precision Money (in winter of 2007) and got screwed by him as well. Here's my story: http://www.lumbroso.com/fahmi_slail I currently proudly hold the top spot in Google when you search for our scammy little (he's pretty big, actually) friend.
Yeah, thanks for sharing your experience with this scammer. It's good for others to read about since he could be attracting more customers.
This GUY "Fahmi Slail" sent me an email today.. >> Vikas, our account is seriously past due for payment. The payment for the work we did was due a while ago and I need you to acknowledge our request for payment immediately in order to avoid your account going to our legal team to handle it. Your response is required immediately. Fahmi Slail - President Precision Systems Web : http://www.PrecisionMoney.com Email: Direct Phone: 503-336-5908 Fax : 503-336-1701 ------------------------------------------------------------- GOSH! I cant believe people can be so cheap and shameless to this level. First he takes all my server, FTP, cPanel details and acts as if the site code and work is stored on my server. Later when after finding out about how he cheated people, I asked him to get into contract before going ahead with the work, he rolled back all the changes and now blackmailing me to pay all the money! Iam really waiting to be contacted by his legal team and see who comes to my place for collection of the payment. Iam looking forward to meet them! he has no idea who he is dealing with this time!
Make sure you let that local PD and the FBI know that the other has a case about it as well, that way they can work together and not go chasing the same deer (lead) when they could be dividing the work and actually working together.
And i would add that he owns this site too: http://legalring.com/ http://solditlive.com/ http://ugapdx.com/ http://levelcom.net/ and he also have registered: readygps.com mycouncelor.com MORE INFO: http://lmgtfy.info/?q=site:domaintools.com+"6700+SW+105th"+avenue+Beaverton,+Oregon+97008
I did a quick search on this guy in Google, and I must say, this is where research comes in handy. I mean, I aint one to say that anyone deserves what they get (believe me, I empathize with your position), but it is extremely important to research everyone that does any work for you before hand. As for him referring this on to their legal team, I would love to see that happen, even if he does have a legal team, I would love to see this stand up in court. He wouldnt have a leg to stand on. Rokrohan, I honestly hope this gets sorted out for you, people like this have no place doing business online.
Interesting read, Did you notice that some of his clients are HSBC and IBM - Anyone really believe that
