factors that hinder search engine access

What factors hinder search engines access to a website’s content?
plz help.

 

There are plenty of mistakes a site can make so that it isn't search engine optimized. Poor keyword density, header or meta tag mistakes, penalization due to "black hat" tactics, few or no backlinks...etc.

I would suggest you do a search (Google or in these forums) on SEO and go from there.
