    Google Webmaster has included a Site Health tool on their array of webmaster tools. It gives you alerts if there is malware on your site, or if you have any missing or broken pages.

    Yes affilorama is right. Google webmaster tools is a best place to know about your site health and other important details. From broken links to page speed of your site, it will give you all details about your site.
