factors for buying domains

    when buying domains what things do you look for most? (age/premium/brandable/generic/PR/backlinks/traffic/length/category/CPC/exact-searches)

    - type of domain extension
    - keyword
    - number character of the domain
    - is the domain have multiple meaning which bring opposite effect
    - is the domain name being trademark by others

    if its existing domain name
    - the Page Rank
    - the organic traffic
    - the backlink
    - make sure it save from google sandbox
    - age of the domain name


    But end up most people look for domain is ( PR and Keywords)

    With all of the above; I also see that the domain is from a hot or lurative niche in other to make money from the domain.
