    Age/Authority of a domain and quality baclinks, also onpage SEOP such as related title/keywords to the keyword or keyphrase is a must

    Also, if you're not constantly working on optmizing your site, adding new pages and working on backlinks, your competitor can get ahead of you! So never stop optimizing your site.. especially for competitive keywords, you can notice the change right away when you do.

    Get as many links as you can with the anchor text being the keyphrase you whant rankings for

    i believe the key factor for the seo is BACKLINKS. there are so many factors which are effecting the seo but they key point is links

    To be simple, that is the right answer.

    Unque content - the most important On-page SEO

    Quality backlinks - the most important Off-page SEO

    Whatever you need to do besides those still help, but make sure you have both first!
