Yes, one of the biggest problem is trying to get a domain name that is appealing and will also sell quickly.

The first mistakes newbie domainer make is trying to get 100’s of domains written down and start registering them without the fundamental consideration of if it will sell or not.

In this piece, I am going to look at how to coin a domain that sells and sell it fast.

    1. Shortness: Your domain must be short to make a good impact in the market place. The shorter it is, the easier it is to remember.

    2. SEO firneldy: People are looking for domains that are search engine friendly.

    3. Complexity: Complexity will prevent you from selling your domain quickly. A complex word will not be easily remembered.

    4. Trend: A trendy domain will sell off easily. Once it was Obama winning the election, rush and register Obama related domain.

    5. Who-is-Issue: The owner of the domain must be you and stated on the who is. To check if you are the owner of your domain, simply type who.is and add your domain name. It must have your name, address, email and phone number.

    6. Working Email: You must use a working email that you access all the time to register your domain. This is because, you may have an offer from a prospective buyer to your email. If you no longer have access ordo not access your mail regularlly, you will lose the sale.

Once you have gotten all the above, then choose a good domain registration company to register your domain with.
