I have a wordpress blog installed in the subdirectory of a website. From last some days I am getting some problem in posting new content. Whenever I click on add new post then the interface doesn't load completely.

Is there any method by which I can replace my current wordpress installation with a fresh one keeping all my previous content and images safe? Any help is most appreciated.

Should work if you just delete the corrupted wordpress installation, keeping the database and then install wordpress in the same directory again.
You can also try an automatic upgrade of your WP to the the latest version if you are using an older one.
Back up your database just in case, this will eliminate any risk of loosing your data.

Thanks for your response. I have most updated version of Wordpress. I checked it on different browsers (also cleared cache) and the problem remain same.

So basically I think as Monfis said, I need to delete the corrupted wordpress installation keeping the database backup. I think I have only this option and I am looking for some exact steps to do so. If someone can anyone help in this regard I would be thankful.
