tell me about facebook people !!! it has become the hottest thing since google now .... i mean traffic you got it ... visitors you got that too..... members im not even saying anything more .... Facebook is great advertisement so does anyone here advertise on facebook except me ??
Yes I do along with twitter and many other social sites. It brings in the real traffic and not just people clicking around
Yep, I have done a few niches on facebook. It's getting kind of competitive now though, but if you want to get some idea of how I started just check out my blog.
by the way twitter is nice but it needs more work attention thats what i have noticed while working on it for the past 24 hours ...
I get a nice amount of traffic from Facebook and Twitter. The traffic doesn't convert as well as search engine traffic but they tend to stay on my sites a little longer.
I'm thinking about it, but with the way they're doing the "interests and likes" system now, I can't seem to use the keywords I want. Ugh.
It's far better for targetting. The only guys that are even better then facebook are plenty of fish at this point. IF you hit the demographic right, you're in business.
I conneceted some of my other social sites to my twitter account- makes it easy. And linked back-and-forth between them so that people can connect to me in the other sites as well.... ;-)
I have a page for my website, but I've found the most useful thing is using the Share button widget, it works wonders!
you know twitter has some nice traffic ..... i've started on it a couple of days ago and the traffic is going pretty well
I found someone who will work on social networking for an hourly rate of $35 to $45 (US), to set up Facebook campaigns and Twitter. Isn't this super high or is this what it goes for? How do you find someone, any recommendations? For the site that I have that is a start-up I can't afford $35 per hour.
