Tried to create a Facebook Page today but couldn't. Anyone know why this is happening or how to fix it?

If Facebook won't let you create a public Page, it's likely due to several reasons, including potential account restrictions, violating Facebook's policies, or a system error. Try checking your account, the page name, and Facebook's policies, as well as other troubleshooting steps like clearing your cache or trying a different device.

I had a look at my account and everything seems fine. I’ll give your method a shot—thanks a lot!

Do you use a new Facebook account?

I once had the issue: I created a new account specifically for a new project. Then it wouldn't let me do many things including creating a Page since it was still new, with no posts and no friends. Eventually, I had to use my old account to do it.
Really not nice, I wish they had other methods to check whether a user is ligit.

Yeah, it’s really inconvenient for us. Hope this can be improved.

It seems your IP address has been blacklisted. You should try changing your IP, switching to a new account, and trying again.

Or, to make it easier, you can simply use our service. We provide full support for advertisers—all you need to do is focus on spending and scaling your budget

Lisa is right, almost every time I have seen this it is the new-account-no-history block, not a real policy violation and not your IP. Facebook gates Page creation behind account age plus a minimum amount of human-looking activity. Brand new account with zero posts, zero friends, no profile photo, no birthday, no checkins is treated as a likely bot.
The workflow that has consistently worked on my own and on client accounts is to spend about a week using the account like a person before trying to create the Page. Profile photo, cover photo, full birthday and city, add five to ten real connections, accept one or two group invites, react and comment on a handful of unrelated posts every day. Then try Page creation from the mobile app, not desktop. The mobile app path is gentler on new accounts in my experience.
If you genuinely cannot wait, the only clean shortcut is using an older personal account to create the Page and add the new one as admin afterwards. Avoid the buy-an-aged-account suggestion floating in this thread, those accounts get disabled inside a couple of weeks once Facebook spots the device or behaviour mismatch, and any Pages they own go down with them.
