    Did any of you folks actually read all the replies in this thread or actually investigate this on your own? This is just a hoax and mashable.com even sent a email when this false news broke about facebook and got a response saying it was not true.

    Geez, sometimes you just wish members would read all the replies before responding but that involves extra scrolling tiring out the fingers..... I'm cranky because i had almost 4 hours of sleep.

    Exactly what I was thinking when I saw some of the replies... It's pretty obvious Facebook wouldn't just end like that, they wouldn't just close Facebook as it would result in thousands and thousands of job losses and profits lost, they'd just sell the company on to somebody else.
