    hmmm...I think both can really drive traffic though. Just be really careful with your posts. Dont just tag irrelevant pictures on FB friends and post irrelevant topic on your fb/twitter account. Both can help in increasing your traffic as long as the QUALITY of your posts are maintained and the content is RELEVANT with your niche.

    Facebook VS twitter,But both has its own places and way of working.Twitter basically is the tweets concept communication with the best punching words in 140 Characters while the Facebook is communication directly with the users in all phases.
