Facebook vs. Myspace

I like myspace because not yet try facebook

I am still new to facebook and I am not enjoying it that much..
however, myspace feels like it's junk everywhere.
but it also seems to me that everybody is there.

 

Neither, I use bebo.

myspace is full of viruses..i dont get how ppl can still use it when theres a clean alternative (facebook)

 

Facebook is more serious people use there real names and pics etc...While Myspace you can mess around.

 

I much prefer facebook. I do have a myspace account, but I never use it these days. I'm not quite sure what it is about facebook - but it sure is addictive!

Facebook is great have tons of friends on it which I actually know, no spam, and a lot of apps to choose from.

 

I never used Facebook and don't like Myspace because it looks and feels trashy, and visiting some of the pages freezes my computer.

 

True, true. You need to verify that you're party of a University before joining it There is more security and privacy settings compared to Myspace too

 

Tho having to prove you're part of a University before joining their network can also be quite annoying. I left Uni 4yrs ago now - and no longer have a uni email account. Therefore Facebook won't let me join the alumni network, even though I'm a valid ex-student, as I can't prove it (with a uni email address anyway).

Unless I've missed anything anyway - anyone know a way round that?
