StumbleUpon traffic usually comes regularly in spikes/waves, where as Facebook traffic seems to be a bit more steady, however in a lot of cases not as voluminous.

 

For me I choose Facebook because according to the study facebook generate hundred million users with quite 1/2 them using it daily. It is also the best way to promote your websites.

 

Facebook is much worth using and bring valuable traffic than stumbleupon.

face book easy but if anyone knoe stumble upon how to work then he can easily promote buisness

 

Both of them is very effective and I recommend you to promote your blogs or sites in both of them

 

I suggest you to try both because both are good social media sites and getting lots of traffic.
