    You can create a fan page with a Christmas timeline on it.

    If you are talking about a timeline cover and profile pic, then there are tons of websites offering themes. However, if you want to make a facebook page with posts and content just about Christmas, then all you would need to do is create another facebook page.

    Yes you can customize your timeline with Christmas themes. You can search on Google on it and there are number of sites with free themes. :)

    You can create timeline cover photo and profile picture and if you a collection of Christmas photos and useful information related to Christmas than creating a fan page will be a good idea.
