Facebook Timeline

Hello guys, I'd like to know if how many of you like's the new facebook timeline because for me I find it confusing! I like more the old style.

May be some reason of your that are given here..

1. Ok firstly I think its really creepy. I mean opening up your entire life to everyone and more importantly your past is a bit uncomfortable.


2. Its too much on the eyes. There's so much going on I don't even know what to see and what not to. I think Fb profiles worked because of their simple and streamlined designs. This is quite the opposite.

3. Since there's so much already going on the Timeline page most people will miss out on the FB ads unlike before. This could also mean some loss of revenues from their only source of income.

4. Its way too heavy. I mean if you don't have a fast internet connection then you'll just stick to the news feed.

5. There are a lot of pictures you were tagged in like 5 years back which suddenly pop up. So there will be a lot of untagging to do.

 

I like it and it's great for brand marketing with the ability to have the big cover image.

 

it is not a old style but yes it is really confusing but it help to recognised our daily activities, Its show monthly status update in good way i like it

 

i like facebook time line coz any one can see my profile history & my self too in a short time.

 

A lot will complain about it at first but once you get used to it, there won't be anymore complains. I would complain on the privacy actually.

l love to use Facebook with new timeline. In timeline i am able to see maximum no of post. cover page is make my Facebook profile attractive. And now we are see our images in big size.

I love to use Facebook but timeline is a bit commercial because it gives a opportunity to promote product with the ability to have the big cover image. For personal use, timeline is very much uncomfortable.

 

I like Facebook time line, it is very easy identify our posts what we shared in Facebook.

 

This has nothing to do with Adsense.

 

Facebook Timeline has no clock and calendar is so hard to look for.

 

This is another one of those classic threads that is total rubbish and what has a Facebook feature got to do under the Google section of this forum just underlines the fact it was started a by a school kid as no mature adult would post these types of threads.

 

Time line is the new modification of Facebook timeline is also looks good their theme is fabulous and attractive thank you so much....

 

I don't like it much. I still have the old version, as I think if you change to the timeline, you can not go back. I guess, eventually everyone will have the new timeline

 

I personally dont like it,find it to intrusive.

 

I also don't like the new timeline. The 2 columns are the main reason why I don't like it. It is uncomfortable I think.

 

I think its trash, They keep changing everything to often. But hey they can do it no ones gonna leave facebook.

 

It's cooler than it was before.

 

Well, every new thing seems confusing but then its a good change from old, boring look... I liked the concept of cover photo the most..
