I am looking to sell one of my favourite website that I have invested a lot of money and time to get it to where it is now. I need money to fund one of my projects and that is why I am selling it. The website is powered by Wordpress with custom coded theme and functions and also custom Facebook App for the site. Sure, no problem. I am very curious why the price is now $400 when just a few weeks ago it was $100. Would you explain how you've added value to the site since then?

That was an other website that I sold for $100. This website has been built from scratch, it has a different facebook app custom coded, unique wordpress theme created by me, over 500 fans on facebook, traffic from search engines, premium domain. Everything is different from that website.

And what's the use of a Facebook fan page if the fans are all fake accounts?

The content is not unique as I mentioned above in the sales thread, the rest is different from every website. The 500 fans that the fanpage has are real fans not fake accounts, please take a look on every profile and you will see.
