Hello, You can create a custom audience with a list of your customers. You can use their emails or phone numbers. But I do not think that you can use the email from Facebook as this would be considered as harvesting them from users maybe using a tool, which is against FB Terms of Service.
You can use emails for creating custom audiences in Facebook, but not Facebook Id´s, make sure you have a good amount of emails in your custom audience so the investment is worth it.
