Facebook Stop Allowing Group Creation??

I've tried starting a group but see no option for it.. only pages LoL.

I actually did hear a rumor from a media agency my company hired, about how Facebook wants to change the way Pages work...they want to make them a pay-only service because they're so expensive for FB to maintain.

 

Rumours keep coming , like facebook is not going to be free in future

if facebook isn't free people would just move onto a different network that is free, the masses wont pay.

There is no problems for creating groups in facebook. Today I created one group.
