If you want a basic free script I have a link to the "Facebook Exchanger Twiends CLone†on my facebook site and even a sample working copy so you can see what is looks like without bothering to dl or install it yourself. (There are a lot of good facebook like exchanges you can join that use a different script as a basis for their sites)
There are scripts that make people like, tweet or g+ whatever you want before they get access to it, if that's what you mean?
Why do people put up fake picture of themselves? Anyways yeah there a many out there just google them and find the best one. Worked for me

PS - Just found the script I have been looking for. It is the "exchange script" for $19.95 that is the basis for all the good exchange websites out there. And I do not include youlikehits in that category. It may be well known but it is clunky. Facebook Promotions Likes and the other good one that include exchnges for Facebook Likes & Google +1 & Twitter Followers & Youtube Views & Traffic Exchange are all based on this script. Some of them have added digg etc. But the basic script with paypal integrated and the goodies is all there.
Basically I've googled and experiemented with many of these FB points exchange websites and the best is youlikehits, the rest all seem garbage to me. If any of you know of any sites which are better than youlikehits, please let me know as I'm trying to promote my FB page through more of these mediums.
You have to create your own custom scripts for it. There is not any software which gives you the ready mate scripts.
