I seen a FB page setup something like: facebook.com/BusinessName When they make a post, it is under their business name, and it shows their business name.... I setup a FB page like so... facebook.com/BusinessName But I am not allowed to use a business name, as fb states that you must use a real name, so when I make a post; it is not my business name that shows, it is my real name; fb allows me to use an alternate name, but makes little difference, it is just the business name that shows under my real name.... Can someone please explain this? Thanks
Hi... in making FB pages, Facebook requires proper, grammatically correct capitalization for page names. Just try to accept FB's suggestions, then go to edit page, then update page info and change your name from there. If you have less than 200 likes in your page, you can change the page name for as many times as you like but for those who have 200 or more likes, they must have an approval from FB for their desired name and it can only be done once.
If you have more likes in your page you can readily change your page name with your business name. I have done it like this . Check my fb page I have done https://www.facebook.com/BestSoftInc , its Best Soft Inc, the name of my company and I have succeeded it to change my name
fb.com/personalname - profile personal fb.com/businessname - fanpage you can only do this by verifying facebook with a phone number
