IF you want to customize your business fan page than why do not hire a developer and attract your customers with fan page if you are wiling to develop so please PM me..

 

You need to add a STATIC FBML app to your facebook fanpage. Once you have it you edit it using css, html and some custom graphics etc. You need to have at least a basic knowledge of HTML and CSS. You may also try to find a free fanpage template and customize it. Search the internet for Static FBML and you will find a ton of information! Good luck!
